# Help grow carbon removal

## Team

Isometric is the certifier of climate solutions.

We deliver fast, accurate certification for carbon removal, superpollutant reduction, and environmental attributes—combining scientific rigor with AI-augmented verification to unlock the capital and trust needed to reverse climate change.

Fortune 100 companies like Google, Meta, JPMorgan Chase, McKinsey, and Microsoft use Isometric to avoid greenwashing and tackle climate change.

## Open roles

We're growing quickly, but we’re intentional about hiring people who contribute to our unique culture.

We’re looking for doers with a bias to action. Our team is brilliant and cares (a lot).

Tackling climate change at Isometric is a career-defining role. Working here will be unlike any job you've had before.

#### Operating principles

The pillars that guide our work

##### Do it fast
Reversing climate change is critical. The world can’t wait for the product we’re building. We have to move fast.

##### Do it right
We have relentlessly high standards for our work and for the rigorous science that upholds it. All our actions are grounded in first principles thinking and emotional control.

##### Clear words
We think that frank communication leads to better decision-making. We trust each other to be direct and offer sufficient context—and we expect a high level of integrity as a result.

##### Go together
We work together, in whatever configuration is required, to get the job done. Job titles and remits are so much less important than assembling the right people, in the right place, at the right time.
